Key Responsibilities
- Provide evaluation and treatment services to patients in an acute care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress using electronic medical records (Meditech)
- Follow unit policies, including dress code and safety protocols
- Maintain positive, proactive communication with staff and patients
Required Qualifications
- Valid license as a Physical Therapist
- Acute care experience required
- BLS certification
- Ability to work 5 days per week, with 8.5-hour shifts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Inpatient Rehab acute care or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
- ICU experience
- Wound care certification or experience
