Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights – 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every other weekend and holidays as needed | 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a dual level-of-care unit covering telemetry, PCU, and ICU overflow patients
• Monitor and manage patients presenting with chest pain, stroke, respiratory failure, and sepsis
• Maintain appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:5–6 on the floor, 1:3 for PCU, and 1:2 for ICU
• Support stroke care protocols as part of a primary stroke center designation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes across a 25-bed unit

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• PCU experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health records system
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring in a dual level-of-care environment
