Key Responsibilities
- Assist with cardiac catheterizations, PCI, peripheral procedures, pacemaker, and defibrillator implant procedures.
- Provide intra-procedural support for cardiovascular invasive procedures.
- Adhere to unit policies, including dress code and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize Meditech EMR system for documentation and patient information management.
Required Qualifications
- Valid healthcare license or certification as applicable.
- ACLS certification.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- RCIS certification preferred.
- Experience performing cardiac catheterizations, PCI, and peripheral procedures.
- Knowledge of cardiovascular invasive equipment.

Additional Information
- Worksite located at 12221 North Mopac Expressway, Austin, TX 78758.
- Typical shifts are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with 8.5-hour shifts.
- Call requirements include on-call hours from 3:00 PM to 6:30 AM, including weekends, with 10-12 call days per month.
- Equipment used includes cardiovascular invasive procedures and Meditech EMR.
- Dress code requires a teal blue scrub top.
- Unit features include an 8-bed capacity with a team of 10 staff members, including RNs and CV techs.
Note: Candidates must have ACLS and BLS certifications to be considered for this role.
