Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to meet patient care demands.
• Collaborate with clinic team and supervisors to ensure quality patient care and efficient workflow.
• Work autonomously within established clinical guidelines and treatment plans.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Must work with prior approval for any overtime hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics (note: this is not required for this position).
