Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Key Responsibilities

• Provide circulating nursing care in the Operating Room under supervision.
• Assess patient needs and coordinate care during surgical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and surgical protocols.
• Document patient information and procedural details accurately.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver safe, evidence-based care.
• Float to procedural areas as needed, including pain management and interventional radiology.

Required Qualifications

• Nursing degree and RN license (compact or Kansas license).
• Ability to obtain BLS and ACLS certifications once hired.
• Entry-level position suitable for new graduates.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior operating room experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced surgical environment.
