Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shift (Days and Nights, 3x12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite | Weekends Required (typically every other weekend)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting within a Level II Trauma and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
• Float between units as needed, including ED holding areas
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1 RN to 4 patients
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality acute care

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including every other weekend
• Willingness to float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Level II Trauma Center or high-acuity emergency department setting
• Experience with ED holding or observation patient populations
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes and requirements
