Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Evening Shift, Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of routine and advanced MRI imaging procedures while supporting efficient patient flow and throughput
• Conduct basic MRI screening of patients and staff, and ensure completed exams are accurately scanned and stored in PACS
• Troubleshoot basic equipment maintenance issues and report malfunctions to appropriate personnel with proper follow-up
• Participate in quality assurance activities and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system
• Adapt patient assessment and care methods to accommodate the unique physical, psychosocial, cultural, and age-specific needs of each patient
• Demonstrate flexibility by working other shifts as needed and maintaining compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and standards of care

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent program
• MRI certification from ARRT or ARMRIT required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart Association only)
• State licensure required where applicable by state regulations
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Basic computer proficiency required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience as a PACS Superuser or familiarity with PACS downtime procedures
• Experience supporting radiologists and referring physicians in a fast-paced imaging environment
