Contract | 13–16 Week Assignment | Mid Shift | Full-Time | Onsite | Schedule posted as 8-hour shifts, Monday through Sunday; weekend on-call rotation (8am–12pm, every 4th–5th weekend); no block scheduling
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general ultrasound examinations including abdominal, OB, and vascular studies using facility equipment (GE Logiq E10 and Samsung WS80A units)
- Conduct routine diagnostic imaging exams consistent with a community-based hospital environmentParticipate in weekend and holiday on-call rotation as assigned (8am–12pm)
- Document and manage patient imaging records using the Epic electronic medical records system
- Float within the radiology department as needed, including to fluoroscopy, OR, and off-site locations
- Maintain compliance with facility dress code and departmental protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active RVT credential and ARDMS certification in Abdomen (AB) or OB required
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical ultrasound experience
- Vascular ultrasound experience required (position includes general ultrasound with vascular component)
- Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years — required and non-negotiable
- Must be flexible with scheduling; no block scheduling accommodated
- Reliable personal transportation required; public transportation is not accessible in this area; all-season or snow tires recommended November through April
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a community-based or critical access hospital setting
- Familiarity with GE Logiq or Samsung ultrasound equipment platforms
- Prior travel healthcare assignment experience is a plus, though not required
