Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assess patient's needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient sessions and maintain accurate records.
• Flexibility to float to Westgate Village when needed.
• Participate in a rotating weekend schedule, approximately one weekend per month.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Proven experience working in a similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
