• Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered physical therapy services in a clinical setting
• Complete documentation directly with the facility outside of initial clearance packets before starting assignment
• Adhere to facility protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain active licensure and equipment readiness for daily shifts

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active state license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in setting and delivering physical therapy services
• Ability to complete documentation requirements as specified
• Complete documentation with ATI prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in similar clinical settings
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and documentation requirements
