Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinic setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Adhere to all credentialing, compliance, and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Alabama (permanent license required)
• Prior experience in a physical therapy clinical setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements before assignment start
• Candidates must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient or specialty physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
