Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Adhere to patient care plans and clinical protocols during shifts.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Comply with all facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain active licensure and certifications for all assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio RRT license in hand.
• NBRC credential and BLS certification (both active and in hand at submission).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered respiratory therapist (RRT).
• In-depth knowledge of respiratory care procedures and equipment.
• Negative drug screening results within the past 12 months.
• Background checks with no license hits.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working at CCF or Cleveland Clinic facilities.
• Ability to float as needed and communicate scheduling preferences upfront.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.
