Contract | Days/Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week | Day Shift: 7:00–19:30 | Night Shift: 19:00–7:30 | Weekdays, rotating weekends (up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period), and rotating holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular ICU setting with estimated patient ratios of 1:1–2
• Manage and monitor patients requiring advanced hemodynamic support including balloon pumps, PA lines, and Swan-Ganz catheters
• Operate and manage mechanical ventilators and perform conscious sedation as required
• Perform IV starts and continuous telemetry monitoring
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
• Document all patient care activities accurately using electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license – compact or Ohio state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, mechanical ventilation, Swan-Ganz catheters, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system required
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
• Must be available to complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
