Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans as established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Document patient progress, treatment notes, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Assist patients in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills
- Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and progress
Required Qualifications
- Current COTA certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a COTA in Missouri
- Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, 4 days per week
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
