Contract | Days | 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) | Every 3rd Weekend and Every Other Holiday | 24–36 Hours Per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in accordance with facility policies
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician
- Assist with activities of daily living and support patient comfort and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of Iowa
- Experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) setting
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Availability to begin assignment as soon as possible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract nursing experience in LTC/SNF environments
- Strong documentation and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team
