Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Onsite | 32 hours per week | 8-hour shifts | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Every other weekend and every other holiday | 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct psychiatric nursing care to patients in an inpatient behavioral health setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and document patient behavior, mental status, and response to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient safety and therapeutic outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Prior behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
• Ability to work evening shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health unit
• Familiarity with de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed care practices
