Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, Local only, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed
- Assist with residents' daily activities and oversee their well-being
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care delivery
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and compassionate care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working night shifts in a facility setting
- Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare regulations and documentation procedures
