Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shifts, 4 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities for patients.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Support patients in regaining daily living and functional skills.
• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with pediatric or geriatric populations (if applicable).
• Knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
