Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to patients, including treatment planning and execution
- See approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week
- Double-book follow-up visits to maximize clinic efficiency
- Collaborate with clinic staff and follow treatment protocols to ensure quality patient care
- Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; overtime must be approved by the director
Required Qualifications
- Valid physical therapist license for the state of Alabama
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new grads
- Ability to work weekdays, with 8-hour shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience
