Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit within an acute hospital setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement care plans
• Interpret and respond to EKG rhythms, including identification of all critical rhythms
• Float within the hospital as needed based on skillset and at the discretion of management
• Complete all required facility onboarding modules prior to orientation start date

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State Registered Nurse license (required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of acute hospital nursing experience in the specialty
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must pass a Relias EKG exam with a minimum score of 85% and identify 100% of critical rhythms prior to start
• Candidates must have a permanent residence outside of a 50-mile radius from the facility location

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Experience floating across units within a hospital environment
