Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Manage patient assignments within a 1:4–5 nurse-to-patient ratio in a 20-bed Emergency Department
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in a fast-paced emergency setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
• Support outpatient and community-based emergency services as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent, hands-on Emergency Department RN experience
• Ability to care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in an emergency care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a community-based hospital with a broad range of specialty services
• Familiarity with outpatient emergency department settings or free-standing ED environments
