Key Responsibilities
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care to support functional improvement and rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA certification through NBCOT
- Active California state license or eligibility to practice as a COTA in California
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
