Key Responsibilities

  • Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Provide direct patient care to support functional improvement and rehabilitation goals
  • Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Active COTA certification through NBCOT
  • Active California state license or eligibility to practice as a COTA in California
  • Ability to work a rotating shift schedule
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
