Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (3x12-Hour Shifts, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting within an acute care hospital
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float between like units or sister facilities nearby as needed per assignment requirements
• Adhere to all facility compliance, scheduling, and holiday coverage requirements, including working 3 of 5 designated holidays

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• At least 1 year of Trauma II experience required
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Valid RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission (pending licenses not accepted)
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests at time of submission; post-submission RTO requests may not be honored
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care environment
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting with high patient acuity
