Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an average of 14 patients per day
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient clinical setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
