Cath Lab Technologist (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)

Schedule / Job Type

Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 4 x 10-Hour Shifts (7:00am–5:30pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during catheterization, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology lab procedures
• Prepare procedure rooms and equipment prior to cases; instruct and position patients appropriately
• Monitor patient condition throughout procedures and provide routine and emergency care as needed
• Support a broad range of procedures including left heart catheterization, PCI, STEMI/MI, pacemaker placement, ablation, kyphoplasty, embolization, biopsies, and more
• Contribute to the orientation and training of new team members
• Participate in daily, monthly, and quarterly quality control initiatives through auditing and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Must hold at least one of the following credentials: ARRT-R with MRT licensure through the Texas Medical Board, RCIS, RCES, CEPS, or CCDS
• ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple modalities including cardiology, interventional radiology, and electrophysiology
• Familiarity with fluoroscopy equipment and biplane imaging systems
• Experience with adult patient populations in an acute care or invasive lab setting
