Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Required Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Ability to begin assignment as soon as possible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient or clinical therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
