Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with staggered start times beginning at 6:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting within an acute care facility
• Deliver pre- and post-operative nursing care with flexibility across assigned areas, including PACU
• Adapt to variable daily assignments with staggered start times ranging from 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM
• Remain on shift until patient care is complete, as shift relief is not available in the outpatient surgery setting
• Float to sister facilities nearby as needed to support patient care demands

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission; pending licenses considered)
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
• Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Willingness to float between nearby sister facilities as required
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (may include Charge RNs or Leads)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
• Experience in both scrub and circulator roles within an OR or outpatient surgery environment
• Familiarity with PACU nursing practices and post-operative patient management
