Job Title

• Registered Nurse (RN) – Overnight Shift

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, overnight rotation (3 shifts per week), nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Monitor patient health and vital signs during overnight shifts.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient status and care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies during night hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience working in LTC/SNF facilities preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to a rotating schedule.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in night shift nursing.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Compassionate patient caregiver with attention to detail.
