Key Responsibilities

• Perform appropriate assessments on patients to evaluate functional status and therapy needs
• Observe and evaluate treatment effects and recommend treatment changes to the physician and/or other staff as needed
• Provide care to individuals with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular disorders
• Select and implement appropriate therapeutic procedures to maintain, improve, and restore patient function

Required Qualifications

• Current Colorado Physical Therapy license (PT or PTA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Willingness to relocate to a rural area

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with patients across a variety of therapy and rehabilitation needs
• Comfort working in a rural or community-based healthcare setting
