Contract | Onsite | Rotating Day/Night Shifts (3x12-Hour Shifts) | 13–20 Week Assignments Available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry float pool environment, with potential rotation across designated Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Emergency Department units serving the same patient population
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care during rotating day and night shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM / 7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
• Perform and interpret ECG rhythm recognition as part of ongoing patient monitoring and care
• Administer and manage medications safely in accordance with facility standards and assessment requirements
• Participate in required orientation assessments, annual hands-on competency requirements, and facility-assigned modules
• Rotate holiday coverage as required, working at minimum every other holiday

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry specialty; travel experience may be considered toward recent experience requirement
• Active and unencumbered permanent Ohio RN license or active Compact State license in hand at time of submission — no pending licenses accepted
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active NIHSS certification required
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (maximum of two attempts permitted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of permanent experience within a single facility location in the Med/Surg Telemetry specialty
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting
• Familiarity with float pool environments and ability to adapt quickly across multiple unit types
