Contract (13–20 week options available); Full-Time, Onsite; Day Shift – 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during day shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations
• Maintain compliance with annual hands-on competency and module requirements throughout the contract period

Required Qualifications

• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact state license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry
• Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – must be in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification – must be in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference required from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
• Must have no open licensing hits or open background check cases

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18+ months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience obtained within a single facility
• Prior travel nursing experience with familiarity of compliance-driven contract environments
• Demonstrated proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
