Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in delivering patient care and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington
• Permanent Washington state PTA license required (compact license alone is not sufficient for this assignment)
• Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
