Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across multiple units, including floor care, emergency room, and participation in code response and rapid response situations
• Float between units as needed to support patient care demands
• Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 1:11
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Utilize Epic for clinical charting and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Valid Washington State license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience required
• Willingness to work every other weekend and commit to a block schedule
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals accepted at a different rate)
• Must disclose any prior work history at a Providence facility (location and dates) at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a short-term acute care, trauma, or teaching hospital environment
• Familiarity with emergency department and rapid/code response protocols
• Experience floating between multiple units or sister facilities
