Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within a Labor & Delivery unit averaging 30–40 births per month
- Perform OR circulation duties as required within the Women's Health setting
- Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe outcomes for mothers and newborns
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- OR circulation training required
- Must be represented by a staffing agency listed on the Louisiana Department of Health Nurse Staffing Agencies List
- Must be represented by a Joint Commission Accredited agency
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in Labor & Delivery
- Experience in a newly renovated or high-acuity Women's Health environment
