What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct assessments to create personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments and interventions.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate and motivate residents to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Supervise an amazing group of PTAs.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Oregon.
• Passion for working in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Ability to inspire and motivate patients toward their recovery goals.
• (Preferred) Six months of experience in a long-term care environment.
• (Must-have) Current CPR certification.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon.
• Willingness to work in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Flexibility to accept perm or travel assignments, with SNF and Nethealth experience preferred.
