Contract | Mid Shift | 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available | Every other weekend expected | Approximately half of holidays expected

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to a general long-term care population as well as short-term care patients in a 78-bed facility
• Manage patient assignments in accordance with facility ratios (1:20 days/evenings, 1:40 nights)
• Document patient care and clinical information using the Matrix EMR system
• Participate in a location-specific orientation program upon start
• Adhere to facility scheduling expectations including weekend and holiday rotations

Required Qualifications

• Active RN (Registered Nurse) license valid in the state of Minnesota
• Ability to work mid shifts as scheduled
• Willingness to work every other weekend as expected
• Must live more than 80 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Familiarity with the Matrix EMR system
• Experience managing higher patient ratios in a LTC environment
