Travel RN – ICU Float Pool

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | Projected Start: October 4, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across multiple ICU units as part of a float pool assignment
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with facility protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and care delivered

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in North Carolina (or compact license eligibility)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Ability to float across multiple critical care units as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Experience working in a float pool or multi-unit environment
• Familiarity with a variety of ICU patient populations and acuity levels
