Contract | Night Shift | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit in an acute care hospital setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation throughout each shift
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Travel nursing experience and trauma hospital experience required for consideration
• Experience in a similar acute care hospital setting required
• Flu vaccine required prior to start date; religious exemptions are not accepted
• Candidates must not have been affiliated with the hiring facility (permanent, per diem, or travel) within the past 6 months to be eligible
• Local candidates will not be considered for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity or trauma-designated hospital environment
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring systems and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Strong adaptability to new clinical environments typical of travel nursing assignments
