Contract | Night Shift | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Adhere to facility policies, infection control standards, and all required immunization protocols including mandatory flu vaccination prior to start

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
• BLS (AHA) certification required — traditional format only
• ACLS (AHA) certification required — traditional format only
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Travel nursing experience and trauma hospital experience required for consideration
• Experience in a similar acute care hospital setting required
• Flu vaccine required prior to start; religious exemptions will not be considered
• Local candidates will not be considered for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in high-acuity or trauma-designated hospital environments
• Strong telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills
• Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced, high-volume inpatient settings
