Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess cardiac patients on telemetry units.
• Administer and titrate cardiac drips such as Diltiazem and Amiodarone.
• Manage post-cardiac cath patients, including sheath pulls and sheath management.
• Interpret dysrhythmias and perform remote cardiac monitoring.
• Administer medications via central lines, PICC lines, and access ports.
• Assist with patient care procedures including sheath removal, TR bands, and Femstop device usage.

Required Qualifications

• Valid NC or Compact Registered Nurse license in hand at start.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, including telemetry and PCU/IMC/Stepdown units.
• Experience with interpretation of dysrhythmias and remote cardiac monitoring.
• Certifications: AHA ACLS (required).
• Ability to pass EKG testing prior to start.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Charge nurse experience.
• NIH certification.
