• Full-time, day shift (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper sterilization and processing of surgical instruments and medical equipment.
• Follow hospital protocols and safety standards for sterile processing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization cycles and equipment logs.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure swift turnaround of sterile supplies.
• Adhere to certification and compliance requirements for sterile processing.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sterile processing experience.
• Certification through CBSPD or HSPA/IAHCSMM.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Ability to arrive within 30 minutes when on-call.
• Proven ability to work scheduled shifts, adhere to protocols, and follow safety standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous hospital or medical facility sterile processing experience.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and on-call procedures.
• Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
