Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services to diverse patient populations
• Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve clients' functional abilities
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
• Adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Proven experience in providing outpatient therapy services
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with documentation and record-keeping

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a travel or contract therapy setting
• Knowledge of pediatric or adult rehabilitation techniques
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
