Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to healthcare neighborhoods, supporting organizational mission and values through quality clinical services.
• Participate in planning, organizing, and directing clinical operations to ensure regulatory compliance and a person-centered, resident-directed culture.
• Conduct professional nursing assessments and evaluations for residents, coordinating care with other nursing staff.
• Lead and guide clinical staff in areas such as infection control, safety, wound management, and documentation.
• Implement and oversee clinical policies and procedures to maintain safe, sanitary, and efficient practices, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Support organizational fiscal efficiency by effectively managing resources and staffing within the household.
• Foster collaboration and communication among staff, residents, and families, emphasizing resident rights and individualized care.
• Maintain professional relationships with physicians, medical professionals, and other healthcare providers.
• Demonstrate dementia-sensitive care practices that promote resident well-being and personalized, person-centered care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Experience with clinical leadership in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to nursing and healthcare.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with clinical staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in LTC/SNF environments.
• Familiarity with dementia care practices.
• Knowledge of MDS processes and documentation standards.
