Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in outpatient clinic settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records throughout the contract duration.
• Promote a caring, hands-on approach aligned with clinic core values of faith, family, fairness, and fun.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience working in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Flexibility to adapt to different schedule needs and clinic environments.
