Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, 8-hour shifts, primarily second shift with weekend coverage, including some third shift. Service hours are 40 hours per week with coverage of holidays such as the 4th of July. No on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT and X-ray imaging procedures following department protocols.
• Provide patient positioning, preparation, and care during imaging.
• Maintain accurate documentation and image quality standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines during all procedures.
• Cover shifts that may include weekends and holiday coverage as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a CT/X-Ray technologist in Connecticut.
• 3-5 years of experience performing CT and X-ray procedures.
• Strong knowledge of radiologic safety standards.
• Experience with GE Apex is preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as EPIC and PACS like SECTRA is a plus.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with GE Apex imaging software.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) and PACS systems such as EPIC and SECTRA.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic healthcare environment.
