Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with hospital policies and state Nurse Practice Acts.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
• Delegate patient care priorities appropriately based on staff education and experience levels.
• Supervise and provide direction to assigned nursing personnel during shifts.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years recent Telemetry/LTAC experience in a hospital setting
• Current ACLS & BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Vent/trach experience
• Indiana or multi-state compact RN license (must be attached to resume)
• Must be willing to work 12-hour night shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with vent/trach management
• Previous LTAC or tele experience within a hospital environment
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and critical thinking in high-pressure situations
