Job Title
- CVOR Surgical Technologist (CST)

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time / Day shift (4 days per week, 10-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all surgical procedures within the CVOR department, excluding transplant surgeries.
- Prepare and maintain sterile environments and surgical instruments.
- Float to General OR cases as needed, ensuring coverage across various specialties.
- Adhere to all certification and equipment protocols to support surgical teams.
- Support the OR team in using advanced equipment, including two Xi DaVinci Robots.
- Comply with facility policies regarding travel, licensing, and credentials.
Required Qualifications
- Current CST certification with CVOR experience.
- BCLS and NBSTS certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of surgical tech experience in a CVOR or similar setting.
- In-hand license prior to start date; temporary licenses may be obtainable.
- Pass background checks and provide two supervisor references.
- Must be willing to float to general cases and travel within hospital or nearby affiliates.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with robotic surgical equipment, particularly DaVinci robots.
- Familiarity with a high-volume OR environment performing diverse surgical specialties.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-specialty surgical setting.
