Job Title

• Full-time, Days shifts, outpatient setting

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity average of 12-14 patients per day, with up to 60 visits per week.
• Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and execute therapy interventions.
• Work independently within the outpatient setting, with potential for occasional float to other clinics.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote patient recovery and well-being.
• Ensure documentation and patient progress are accurately recorded.

Required Qualifications
• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Able to work up to 40 hours per week with a minimum of 36 hours guaranteed.
• Willing to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Candidate must be within 50 miles of the facility for local rate eligibility.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with post-surgical patients.
• Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient caseload.
