Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 12-14 patient visits per day, including follow-up visits and possible double-booking.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure documentation and patient progress notes are completed accurately and timely.
• Participate in community outreach and patient education as needed.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics is not required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work days with guaranteed 36 hours per week, up to 40 hours.
• Experience with post-surgical patient care is preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient therapy experience.
• Strong patient communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
