- Part-time, Day shifts, 16 hours per week (2 shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to residents with serious mental illnesses in a structured residential setting.
- Assist in implementing treatment plans including therapy and group activities.
- Monitor resident behavior and ensure safety within the facility.
- Collaborate with psychiatric professionals to support stabilization and reintegration goals.
- Document resident progress and adherence to treatment protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in mental health or behavioral health settings.
- Knowledge of psychiatric care principles and safety procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in long-term mental health residential facilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, team-driven environment.
