Key Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services in skilled nursing and/or home health settings.
  • Document patient progress using Net Health software.
  • Support new graduate training with onsite supervision and support from clinical leaders.
  • Maintain productivity expectations at 88%, including group and concurrent therapy.
  • Travel between facilities such as Maplewood Good Samaritan, Inver Grove, and Stillwater as needed.
  • Work approximately 36-40 hours per week, with schedules including 8- or 12-hour shifts.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Occupational Therapist license.
  • Ability to work in SNF and/or home health environments.
  • Willingness to train and mentor new graduates.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between locations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience in skilled nursing facilities or home health.
  • Knowledge of Net Health or similar therapy documentation software.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends if needed.
